10 Elementary Students Hospitalized after Violent School Bus Crash in Kentucky

Kentucky (wagswoofs) – According to the fire department, several students were hospitalized on Tuesday in Kentucky after a violent collision between two school buses.

The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. local time in Henderson, a community on the Ohio River, as reported by WEVV. According to the fire department, one bus rear-ended another.

According to Henderson County Schools authorities, the two buses were taking students from Bend Gate Elementary School, with each bus carrying 20 Students.

According to WEVV, nine of the ten injured were carried to the hospital by ambulance and one by car. According to the fire brigade, none of the students sustained life-threatening injuries.

Two additional buses were dispatched to the area to carry the Students who were not wounded.

The accident’s cause remains unknown.
