The multi-state Powerball lottery drawing held on Wednesday evening did not yield any tickets with all six matching numbers, as reported from Inglewood, Calif.
Three tickets were sold in Kansas, Maryland, and New York, all of which matched five numbers but not the Powerball number. Each ticket is worth an impressive $1 million.
A Quik Stop located at 5 Stewart Ave in San Jose sold a winning ticket worth $796,425.
On Wednesday evening, the winning numbers were announced and they are 1, 7, 46, 47, and 63. The Powerball number for the draw is 7.
The upcoming lottery draw is set to take place on Saturday, offering a whopping estimated jackpot of $925 million. Participants also have the option to choose a cash prize of $432.4 million.
The game of Powerball is widely popular and played in a total of 45 states across the United States, along with the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
