The charges stem from an incident on April 11th where Moore allegedly kicked in the front door of Jackie Billini’s apartment in Washington Heights at around 1:30 a.m. and proceeded to attack Billini and two members of her family.

According to sources from the police department, Billini, who is 57 years old, was out for a walk with her friend, Levaughn Harvin, and her pit bull, Zeus, in Washington Heights on Friday evening. As they were walking, a man dressed in black and wearing a mask approached them from behind while holding an umbrella and shot them.
