At approximately 8:00 pm on Friday, September 15, 2023, an unidentified man entered a convenience store situated at the 11100 block of West Hardy, in Houston, Texas. The individual was carrying an AR-15 and proceeded to the beer section, where he loaded a round into the chamber of the rifle and grabbed a six-pack of beer. He then approached the clerk and inquired if he had said something before exiting the store without paying for the beer. The suspect made his getaway in an older model white Toyota Camry.
The description of the suspect is as follows: He is a male with a black complexion, wearing a black shirt and black pants with black and white Nike shoes. He was also seen wearing gold sunglasses.
