Collision Between NJ Transit Bus And River Line Car In Camden Sends 5 Individuals To Hospital

Wagswoofs –  Five individuals were taken to the hospital following a collision in Camden involving an NJ Transit bus and a River LINE light rail vehicle.

According to NJ Transit, on Thursday, 16 passengers on a bus traveling from Atlantic City to Philadelphia were injured. Fortunately, their injuries were not deemed life-threatening.

Around 9:25 a.m., the Route 551 bus collided with a River LINE car at the Walter Rand Transportation Center in Camden.

According to the report, the light rail line had a total of 50 customers.

The accident happened on December 7, when the bus, which had departed from Atlantic City at 8:10 a.m., was just 25 minutes away from reaching its destination in Philadelphia.

NJ Transit police are currently investigating the incident.
