Wagswoofs – Deputies from the Conecuh County Sheriff’s Office are currently on the lookout for a murder suspect who fled the scene of a car accident on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Conecuh County Sheriff Randy Brock, Fantroy fled from the scene.
Ten-year-old JoeJoe Rankin and his mother’s boyfriend, Jatonio Williams, tragically lost their lives in a shooting incident as they were heading home shortly before midnight in June.
According to family members, they had believed that the incident was a home invasion.
Monroeville Police, CCSO deputies, the State Bureau of Investigation, Evergreen Police, and the U.S. Marshals Office are jointly participating in the ongoing search operation.
In an interview with News 5, Brock expressed his skepticism about Fantroy’s ease of integration due to his criminal background.
