Federal Fugitive Arrested In Alabama With Over 2 Pounds Of Marijuana And Mushrooms And Ecstasy, Along With A Tec-9

Wagswoofs – Authorities have announced the arrest of a federal fugitive in Alabama on Friday. The individual was found in possession of over two pounds of different drugs and a semi-automatic gun.

The Tallapoosa County sheriff’s office reported that Henry Tarvale Finley, a 39-year-old resident of Alexander City, was served federal warrants by the Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. The warrants were for possession with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during a drug crime.

Authorities alleged that the task forces discovered a total of 627 grams of marijuana, 240 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 14 grams of ecstasy, and 136 packs of THC edibles that were made by Finley inside his home on Nathan Street.

Investigators have discovered several items that Finley allegedly utilized to extract THC from marijuana and inject it into candy and edibles.

Authorities discovered an Intratec 9mm, also known as a “Tec-9,” alongside the drugs at the residence.

Finley faced multiple charges, including manufacturing a controlled substance, intending to distribute it unlawfully, possessing a controlled substance, possessing an illegal firearm, and possessing drug paraphernalia.

As of Friday, the investigation was still ongoing.
