Wagswoofs – A video that has recently emerged appears to depict an attack on a school safety officer at a New York City school, where a riot occurred a week later.
Councilwoman Vickie Paladino shared a video on X (formerly known as Twitter) showcasing the brutal beating.
A fight broke out at Hillcrest High School in Jamaica, Queens, around noon on Nov. 15 involving five students.
The school safety agents made an attempt to intervene and stop the fight, but unfortunately, they became the targets.
Three school officers from the NYPD sustained minor injuries, while four students were arrested and charged as juveniles.
Paladino expressed his strong belief that the administration of Hillcrest is completely compromised. He was of the opinion that they are either unwilling or incapable of taking the necessary actions to ensure the safety of both the students and faculty.
The NYPD acknowledged the incident and stated that they were aware of the individuals responsible.
More than 20 NYPD officers were called to the same school after students went on a rampage upon learning that one of their teachers had attended a pro-Israel march.
Video footage of the hallway ruckus was captured and shared on TikTok, showcasing a lively scene where students shouted, chanted, drill danced, and proudly waved Palestinian flags.
As the students took over the hallways, a Jewish teacher revealed that she spent two hours hiding in a locked office.
One of the few Republicans on the New York City Council, Paladino, has called for the closure of the school, emphasizing that both our students and our city deserve much better.
