Wagswoofs – Police are currently searching for a shooter after a man was shot and wounded outside of a high-rise building in Chelsea on Sunday night. This incident was reported by the police on Monday.
At around 9 p.m., an individual was shot in the leg in the vicinity of 167 West 25th St.
It remains unclear what exactly led up to the shooting. According to police reports, a perpetrator wearing a green hoodie fired shots and quickly fled the scene.
The injured person was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue for medical attention and is anticipated to make a full recovery.
The authorities have not made any arrests yet as they continue their search for the suspect.
