Wagswoofs – The authorities have put an Iowa City high school on lockdown after reports of shots fired. The police have requested the public’s assistance in an ongoing investigation.

According to Iowa City Police, gunshots were discharged in the 1800 block of High Street during Wednesday afternoon.

City High School was put on a precautionary lockdown due to the incident.

An investigation is currently underway regarding the incident.
