According to reports, a man from Kent County had been wishing to win a significant amount from the lottery for quite some time. And finally, his dream came true when he won the Lotto 47 jackpot worth $8.75 million from the Michigan Lottery.
On August 19, a fortunate player who preferred to stay anonymous won the Lotto 47 draw by matching the winning numbers: 07-16-18-27-39-40. The 60-year-old winner had purchased the ticket from Paris Spirits & Wine, situated at 2871 East Paris Southeast in Kentwood.
The lottery player has been playing the game for years, hoping to hit the jackpot someday. When he checked his ticket on a Sunday morning, he couldn’t believe what he saw – all the numbers matched!
