A man was apprehended by Mobile Police on Saturday evening after they discovered him unconscious in the driver’s seat of his car
According to reports, law enforcement officers received a call regarding an individual lying inside a car on Airport Boulevard near Cody Road.
Upon their arrival, the officers observed a man unconscious in the driver’s seat of the car. The distinct smell of marijuana emanated from within the vehicle, and a bottle of prescription pills was visible in plain sight.
Jeremy Simms, aged 35, was apprehended by the police on charges of possessing a controlled substance and illegally possessing prescription drugs.
