Wagswoofs  –  The Bronx District Attorney’s Office recently revealed that two individuals from Westchester have been indicted for assaulting an NYPD Transit Lieutenant in Bronx, NY.

Brian Innocent, a 24-year-old resident of New Rochelle, and Marquise Webb, also 24 and from Yonkers, are being charged with First-Degree Assault and Assault on a Police Officer.

A fight broke out on the northbound No. 1 train at the 238th Street stop on November 11 at 8:55 p.m., and Lieutenant Gypsy Pichardo of Transit District 3 went to the scene.
