According to FCPD, a 14-year-old boy approached the victim as he was walking towards a nearby apartment. The perpetrator then pulled out a gun and shot the victim.
Fortunately, no one was injured when a nearby home was struck during the incident. The suspect, who is only 14 years old, fled the scene. Authorities have reason to believe that this was not a random act of violence.
