Louie Herschtein, a 59-year-old individual employed for the New York City Department of Corrections, was apprehended and formally accused on Thursday, October 26, inside the jurisdiction of the 66th Precinct.
Herschtein is being charged with the offenses of threatening and fraudulent personation.
The arrest took place at around 2:03 p.m., however, additional information about the event has not been revealed yet.
The case is presently being investigated.
