Wagswoofs – A mother from New York City was heartbroken when she found her twin five-year-olds dead in their apartment late Monday night.
According to the New York City Police Department, at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to a 911 report for an assisted child at 240 East 175th Street.
When the police arrived, they found a brother and sister, both five years old, who were both asleep and not responding. According to later stories from the police, the kids were “foaming at the mouth” when their mother found them.
Emergency personnel pronounced the children who had received assistance dead at the scene.
Mother Informed Police That She May Have Given Her Kids Tylonel
The mother, whose name has not been disclosed, informed the police that she might have administered Tylenol to her children as they were experiencing bouts of vomiting.
Police do not suspect any foul play in the case. According to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, all the records indicate that the mother was actively involved in taking care of her children.
The NYPD has informed Fox News Digital that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation is currently ongoing.
The Case Appears To Be a Medical Tragedy

The reports state that the mother was taken to a nearby hospital because she was experiencing emotional distress. The father has been cooperating with the authorities, although he was at work when the incident occurred.
According to the authorities, both youngsters did not display any visible signs of trauma, and there were no drugs found in the house. Carbon monoxide poisoning is also not considered a factor.
