NYPD Arrests 3 Individuals For Carrying Out An Antisemitic Attack In Broad Daylight In Nyc

Wagswoofs – Three Jewish victims were randomly assaulted in separate incidents in Brooklyn last weekend, according to the NYPD and law enforcement sources. On Friday, the authorities apprehended a trio of hateful attackers responsible for these heinous acts.

The authorities and sources have confirmed that the teenage suspects have been apprehended and charged for their involvement in the broad-daylight assaults. The victims of these attacks included a 15-year-old boy and a man who was walking home from synagogue.

According to the police, two 14-year-old teenagers have been charged with three counts of hate crime assault, while the third suspect, a 13-year-old, has been charged with two counts of assault.

The Hate Crimes Task Force of the NYPD is currently investigating the violent incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon at around 3:25 p.m. It all started when a group of bigots approached a 40-year-old man who was on his way home from the synagogue. They mercilessly attacked him at the intersection of East 15th Street and Avenue L in Midwood, leaving him severely injured.

The male suspects fled the scene on a scooter.


Around 4 p.m., the assailants proceeded to target their next victim, a 15-year-old boy, as he walked at Avenue J and East 17th Street in Midwood, as reported by law enforcement officials.

The teenager was assaulted by a group of individuals who punched and kicked him before fleeing the scene, according to the police.

A few minutes later, the trio unexpectedly attacked a 27-year-old man who was walking at East 18th Street and Avenue L in the same neighborhood, before quickly fleeing on foot, according to the police.

According to the authorities, all three victims sustained only minor injuries and chose not to seek medical treatment.


Late Wednesday, the police unveiled surveillance photos depicting the teenage suspects standing inside a bodega.

According to the latest available data from the NYPD, there has been a slight increase in reports of bias-based crimes against Jewish victims in New York City this year. Between January 1 and Sunday, a total of 275 cases were reported.

During the same period in 2022, there were 268 hate crimes reported targeting Jewish victims. However, in the current year, there has been an approximate 3% increase in the number of hate crimes, bringing the total to [insert number].


The NYPD has experienced a significant increase in antisemitic offenses since the start of the Israel-Hamas conflict in early October.

According to the data, there has been a 6.3% decrease in hate crimes in the city this year. So far, there have been 546 reported cases, compared to 583 during the same period last year.
