OKCPD Catch Burglary Suspect With Community Assistance

Wagswoofs – The Oklahoma City Police Department has announced that thanks to the assistance of the community, they have been able to identify a man who is suspected of burglarizing a home near Yukon.

Police officials utilized social media platforms to aid in the identification of the individual seen donning a U.S. Postal Service jacket. It has been confirmed by authorities that the man in question was not engaged in any mail delivery activities.

Oklahoma City Police have reported that a man is facing accusations of breaking into a Mustang resident’s home and stealing various items, including a shotgun, jewelry, prescription medication, and cash.

The officer at the scene discovered the shotgun and medication in the grass, but unfortunately, they were unable to locate the cash and jewelry.

After the photo was shared on social media, the police received a valuable tip through crime stoppers that helped identify the man.
