A tragic incident occurred in Montgomery on Friday night when a shooting took place resulting in the death of a teenager. As a consequence, another teenager has been taken into custody.
The homicide victim has been identified by the police as an 18-year-old named Jalen Johnson. This news was confirmed on Saturday.
According to Maj. Saba Coleman, the incident occurred at 9 p.m. on Duncannon Trail.
Johnson was found dead at the scene when first responders arrived. The specific details regarding the incident have not yet been disclosed to the public.
Carver Bradley was taken into police custody within an hour.
The suspect is facing murder charges and is currently being held without bond in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
The reason behind the incident has not been revealed yet.
