Wagswoofs – In Southeast, a group of teenagers robbed a woman who was withdrawing money to buy groceries for her children. In an exclusive interview with FOX 5’s Shomari Stone, the victim shared her harrowing experience.
In Washington D.C., law enforcement officials are on the hunt for suspects who reportedly robbed a woman at gunpoint while she was withdrawing money from an ATM.
At approximately 7 p.m. on September 19, a stickup occurred in the 2800 block of Alabama Avenue, located in southeast Washington.
According to the authorities, a woman was at the ATM withdrawing cash when three individuals came up to her, pointing guns at her. They instructed her to take out money from the ATM and hand it over to them. After getting their hands on the cash, the suspects quickly left the area.
The police department has released surveillance footage of the suspects and is seeking the public’s help in identifying them.
