In the Rowayton area of Norwalk, a police chase was caught on camera by a home security system.
According to reports, Connecticut State Police were in pursuit of a van that was suspected of being involved in a robbery case in New York. Their efforts were focused on stopping the van as part of their investigation.
According to the authorities, the van drove up I-95 and exited at Exit 11 before entering Norwalk.
The van, painted in a striking white color, collided near the vicinity of Ridgewood Road.
According to the State Police, several individuals have been arrested and are now facing charges from various law enforcement agencies.
As a safety measure, the Norwalk police department has announced that Rowayton Middle School has been put in secure mode.
