Wagswoofs – Police in New York City are currently on the lookout for two suspects who allegedly stole a teenage girl’s purse while riding on scooters. The incident took place on a street in Brooklyn last week, according to authorities.
Around 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 15, two suspects on a gas-powered scooter approached a 13-year-old girl who was walking near Broadway and Whipple Street in Williamsburg, according to officials.
Police say that one of the suspects took the victim’s chain off her neck before running away.
The suspects escaped from the area, leaving their destination unknown.
Fortunately, the victim emerged unscathed from the incident and declined any medical assistance at the scene.
