Wagswoofs – The investigation of a shooting in Southeast D.C. that resulted in the death of a woman is currently underway by the Metropolitan Police Department.
On November 14th at approximately 7:33 am, an incident took place on Minnesota Avenue in the 1900 block.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Nakysia Rachael Lemon-Williams, a 26-year-old victim of a gunshot wound. She received medical attention at a nearby medical facility, but unfortunately, succumbed to her injuries.
