2 Young Children Killed In A Domestic Dispute In Lancaster

Wagswoofs – Authorities in Lancaster, California have detained a father in connection with a child abuse case where two of his children were found dead and two others were hospitalized with injuries. Deputies responded to the call and discovered the tragic scene. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be provided as it becomes available.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, four children under the age of 10 were found with lacerations to their bodies when deputies were called to a home in the 1800 block of East Avenue J-2 at around 11:50 p.m. on Saturday.

The children were immediately taken to a hospital by the paramedics. Sadly, two of them were pronounced dead while the other two are listed in stable condition with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Authorities have identified Prospero Serna from San Bernardino County as the suspect in the case, although no specific residence has been disclosed. According to sheriff’s officials, Serna is the biological father of all the victims, and is currently in custody as a person of interest.

According to a statement from the sheriff’s department, homicide investigators were dispatched to the location and have taken over the investigation. As of now, there is no further information available and the investigation is still ongoing.
