State Police in Lockport arrested Wayne T. Bender, a 53-year-old resident of Newfane, NY, on October 2, 2023, for the crime of Petit Larceny. The authorities took him into custody after receiving a report of theft at the Walmart located on South Transit Road in Lockport.
According to reports, Bender was caught red-handed stealing merchandise from the store not once, but three times. The police, in collaboration with Walmart’s loss prevention team, were able to uncover these instances of theft.
Upon discovery, Bender was transported to the Lockport State Police station for processing and subsequently issued court summonses to appear at a later date in October 2023 at Lockport court.
