Four teenage girls have been taken into police custody in relation to a robbery case in northeast DC.
The Metropolitan Police Department has apprehended four teenage girls who were suspected to be involved in a robbery in Northeast on September 26, 2023. The authorities have taken the necessary actions to ensure that justice is served and the perpetrators are held accountable for their actions. On Thursday morning, the D.C. police made a public announcement regarding the arrest of four teenage girls who were suspected of being involved in a robbery that took place in Northeast on Monday.
According to authorities, four young girls reportedly accosted a victim in the 600 block of W Street, Northeast at approximately 10:30 p.m. The victim was physically attacked, and the suspects subsequently fled the scene with the victim’s wallet and cellular device.
Upon reviewing the surveillance footage, we can clearly see the girls in question. Refer to the image below for a visual representation.
The robbery that took place two days ago resulted in the arrest of four teenage girls. Among them were a 17-year-old, a 16-year-old, a 13-year-old, all hailing from Northwest D.C., and a 15-year-old from Northeast D.C. They were charged with robbery force and violence.
